Dr. Talley and my dad, Chaplin Fred Hall, worked together at the Georgia Retardation Center for 20 years together and were life long friend's. DR Talley's name was a household commodity in our home. He was one of the best. We referenced Dr Talley, my Dad and Selene Yarborough as the 3 Amigos. Lifting the family up in prayer at this time. RIP Dr Talley and God Speed 🙏🙏

I offer condolences. I worked with Dr. Talley at GRC and we kept in touch via mutual friends and our reunions. I have let Sally Cooper know of his passing, and will bring her to the service should that be allowed during this pandemic. Blessings to all the family. He was a good man!

A great person to work with. I remember one time on one of the snow days at GRC, DR. Talley gave me a rode home because we both lived in Brookhaven. On that ride home, I got to know DR. Talley better and it was a kind act on that snowy day. He always had a smile and kind word for people at GRC. Jim Mallory
