I met June when I was 16. She and my step-dad were from the UK and I’m pretty sure from listening to their conversations that it was really really hard. June was a tough girl. She was a survivor. I loved hanging around her and listening to her stories. She was a lively fun person. I was blessed to see her in June, 2019. God Bless her!

I was so fortunate to spend the last 9 months with my mother living up the street from us in Sandy Springs. A couple of months ago I called to say goodnight and she said - Marko, don't you worry about a thing. You've made my life so much better these last few years! So grateful to carry that with me along with all the great memories. Love you Mom Marko
