OBITUARY:
Robert Paul Miller March 20, 1951 – October 25, 2017 Robert “Paul” Miller, 66, of Dunwoody, GA passed away on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, GA. Paul was born in Wheeling, WV on March 20, 1951, to Harry and Millicent “Millie” Miller. Paul served his country in the US Marine Corps from 1974 - 1978, reaching the rank of Captain. He spent the majority of his professional career in sales for W.R. Grace & Company, where he had roles in their offices in Chicago, Boston, and ultimately Atlanta. Upon his retirement in 2007, he enjoyed following his passions – sports and the news. He was especially passionate about his WVU Mountaineers and Pittsburgh Steelers and always looked forward to the Master’s and March Madness. Paul was preceded in death by his parents and sister-in-law Mary Ellen Miller. Surviving are his children, Jonathan P. Miller and wife Jocelyne of San Diego, CA, Deanna E. Meservey and husband William of Duxbury, MA, Christopher P. Miller and Cassandra J. Miller of Dunwoody, GA; four grandchildren, Bennett Miller, Tess Miller, Reese Miller, and Margot Miller of San Diego, CA; brother Edward Miller of Bellaire, OH and beloved sister Eleanor “Sissy” Bland and husband Gary of Wilmington, NC; Aunt Trudy Forster of Benwood, WV; several nieces and nephews, and too many friends to count, including his best pal Rudy. A graveside service will be held at Park View Memorial Gardens in Wheeling, WV on November 11, 2017 at 11am, with Bishop Mike Tolliver officiating. In lieu of flowers, please consider participating in Toys for Tots this holiday season. It was a cause near and dear to Paul, and would be a great way to continue to honor his memory. I was sorry to hear about Pauls passing, I had not seen him in a couple of years however I got to spend a bit of time with him Sunday afternoon, the 22nd at the Dunwoody Tavern, of course he was watching the Steelers! Condolences to family and friends, Paul was a great man.

My sincere and deepest condolences to the family and friends of "Paul". Paul was in Caddie Camp at Oglebay Park with me when we were in our youth. I played football with his brother Ed and was treated as a son by his parents,Harry and Millie. I still miss Mrs. Miller's famous tuna fish salad sandwiches. Denny Albaugh

You all have my love. So many wonderful memories growing up. He certainly was a character but we all were better because we were lucky enough to know him. There is certainly a party going on in heaven and quite a euchre game.
