| Roger C Dollar | Dec 26 2009 07:39 am | | Remembering days gone by and Frank driving to Auburn from Shawmut everyday. He was the first of our family to recieve a college degree. He gave me a wedding ring for my wife in 1972 and he must have put some MoJo on it because we're still married. Frank was my mom's only brother and I'm sure he's at peace with the lord now.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family as you mourn the loss of your father. You have been such a blessing to him during his illness and I know he loved you. What a nice choice for donations to Ehlers-Danlos National Foundation. The obituary you wrote is lovely.
Peace,
Marty | | | Kim | Dec 20 2009 12:47 pm | | Granddaddy will be missed greatly. I'd like to suggest that donations be made to a different organization than listed. Ehlers Danlos Syndrome Network Cares Inc. is an organization that is actively raising funds for treatment research at Johns Hopkins; their website is http://www.ehlersdanlosnetwork.org/donations.html. The phone number is (262) 514-2851. Although it is noted that EDNF, the charity listed in his obituary, does assist with educating the public and the medical field about Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, and granddaddy knew they always needed education. But now its time to treat or search for a cure.
Oh Granddaddy I hope you are having fun on the Heavenly Links! | | |
