OBITUARY:
Janet Dunford, age 79, of Dacula, died Thursday, September 17, 2009. She is survived by her son, Mark Dunford, daughter and son-in-law, Mary and Chester Walters, sons and daughters-in-law, Bill and Pam Dunford, Wayne and Lisa Dunford, Michael and Yvette Dunford, Chris and Brenda Dunford, son, John Dunford, also surviving are 22 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Dunford was preceded in death by her husband Ocie Dunford and her son, James Dunford . In lieu of flowers please make memorial contributions to The Salvation Army. I did not know Janet personally but became aware of her over the last year while conducting our family ancestry. I made an effort to contact Janet yesterday and sadly learned of her death. I have researched Janet's mother, maternal grandmother and grandparents as well as her great aunt and uncle. My great grandmother was Maria dos Reis - Vieira, (the aunt of Janet's mother).
